Welcome to the Moanalua Football website. 2010, a new season, a new chapter in program history will be written. This year our players are prepared to "Carry On" a tradition of excellence as we embark on another journey. Our 2010 Varsity and JV players eagerly await the opportunity to represent our community with pride and class as they carry on what has been established before them. They are great young men and women with unlimited potential who we know will make us all very proud. 2 Cor 4:13-15 "It is written"
A message from Coach Martinez:
At Moanalua our success is not judged on wins or losses, we base our success on the journey of learning and the process of building great people, great students, great men, great husbands and great fathers for our future. Winning is a by-product of a tremendous commitment from our players and coaches who have learned from each other the meaning of service to others, character, class, passion and love.
This year will be our 8th season. Our program has been a partnership between many people and we look forward to building stronger relationships as we stay the course. We will continue to provide our student-athletes with structure, sound teaching, empathy and love, as we expect commitment, class and greatness in return.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the wonderful people that have blessed us for these past seasons. All of them are equally important in the success of our football program. We say Mahalo to our athletic department staff, our administration, our booster organization, our parents who never fail to lend a hand, our managers who work behind the scenes every day, our coaching staff and their wives and families, our website administrator, our faculty, our student body, our custodial staff who help maintain our facilities and our athletic training staff who help our young men stay healthy. A special thank you to Pastor Cal and MGMC the Moanalua Gardens Missionary Church. Your generosity, and your love has blessed us over the years, we are so fortunate to have your guidance in our lives. And last but not least, we thank our players for their tremendous dedication, their hard work and their love for each other.
